The reception staff are very helpful and professional, always available to assist with any inquiries. They went out of their way to be helpful, even finding a great restaurant close by at the last minute. I appreciated their warm approach.

My room was quite small, this was a disappointment. the breakfast options seemed limited, i expected more variety. i also noticed some dust in the corners of the room. Attention to detail is important. the elevator was slow. I often used the stairs instead. the ac dripped.

Decent stay near Luxembourg Gardens

The location is very convenient. It is close to the Luxembourg metro station. Direct trains from CDG airport stop there. The hotel provided a warm welcome when I arrived. All the staff were helpful and friendly. (Francesco was especially great!)
My room was quite small. The shower space felt a bit tight as well. Noise from a nearby restaurant was noticeable. It kept me awake some nights until late.
